Thétis & Thor proudly presents:

Audrey and Thomas took up the family business in 2011 as winemakers in the heart of Champagne (five generations in the Côte des Blancs and three generations in the Marne Valley). They are part of a local cooperative that supports small, independent producers. In addition to being active in their community, they are working continually to incorporate more sustainable methods into production.

Innommée, NV Brut, bears aromas of herbal tea and yellow fruit on the nose with flavors of lightly-toasted almonds and a subtle honey finish on the palate. Innommée (“Unnamed”) is a classic Brut with namesake tributing the largely unrecognized independent producers responsible for the majority of champagne consumed globally, yet marketed under just a few major labels. It is 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier and has 26% reserve wine with dosage of 10 g/liter.

Elle et Moi, NV Brut, showcases the vintner’s creativity, featuring 70% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. Elle et Moi (“She and I”) is highly enjoyable on its own or as an aperitif, starting with a lovely bouquet of red fruit and brioche followed by ripened sweet and tangy plum on the palate. It has 40% reserve wine with 10 g/liter of dosage.
